I want you to love your badges and keyrings! If there’s a problem with your order, here’s how I can help:

• Changed Your Mind? You can return unused, non-custom items within 14 days of receiving them for store credit or exchange (excluding delivery costs).
• Custom Items (e.g., personalised badges, keyrings, or dog tags) are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items? Let us know within 30 days, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
• How to Return: Contact me at info@tagyoureit.uk with details of your order, and I’ll guide you through the process.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return. This policy complies with UK Consumer Rights laws.
