• Processing Time: I create and dispatch all orders within 2-3 days of purchase.
• Shipping Method: Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually takes 2-4 working days within the UK.
• Custom Orders: Personalised items may take a little longer, but I’ll keep you updated.
• Delivery Delays: Once shipped, delivery times are out of my control, but if your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days, please get in touch.
